Designóza is not just about selling and buying stuff, it is mostly about people, their memories and inspirations. Designóza is a comfortable place where you can find new inspiration and a human touch. Designóza is also a place you used to know, a small shop around the corner, where you could ask for anything and they always found it for you. Therefore, there is not an anonymous shopping cart for you to add your orders into. There is a contact form under every product for any of your questions or requests about the product. We will get to you as soon as possible.

Shipping information
We ship world wide! Evere order is delivered either personally, or shipped by a courier or a suitable transportation company. The smaller items are usually sent by the Slovak post. We also work with several safe transportation companies and will inform you about the best, cheapest and safest way of shipping possible. All costs and details will be discussed with you ahead of time.

Especially for our UK customers, we offer a personal delivery with a responsible door –to-door courier.

We strongly recommend our customer to check the package after delivery. In case of any damage, you must write down a report while still in the company of the currier company employee. It is very hard to claim any insurance, if the damage is noticed later. We can not accept later complains or claims for returns.

Packing
We sell sensitive items and therefore the safe packing is always our priority! Every item is packed personally, according to the order and materials of the item. We do not charge any packing fees!

Personal pick-up
Any products you are interested in can be seen and picked up from our showroom. Our address is: Jablonové 496, (app. 27km from Bratislava), Slovakia.

Price
All prices mentioned on the websites are without shipping, upholstery or restoration costs. The further two are available to our clients on requests. Custom services, taxes and dues can vary in coutries outside of the EU and are always responsibility of the buyer.

Borrowing
Anything you see on our website is available for rent. The price is 10% of the product price per day of rent. Should any major damage appear on the products, the full price payment is required. We do take an advantage payment up to 100% of the price of products. It is given back to you after the products are returned safely.
